How to enter
Participant will be the person who creates a profile to join the Myperfectsaathi.com Site. To enter,
please create your free profile on Myperfectsaathi.com, on or before December 31st, 2010. We limit one
profile per person.
Eligibility
This Contest is open to all people who are not married or engaged to be married or in a committed
relationship at the time they create a profile on Myperfectsaathi.com
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older if Female and 21 years of age or older if Male at the time of
becoming a member of Myperfectsaathi.com
Registration is compulsory. The Contestant must complete all data including the Profile and Account
Information(Account information includes a valid address, a valid phone number and a valid email address)
Existing members or Myperfectsaathi.com automatically qualify for the contest. No action is required on
their part to enroll again.
For members who upload atleast one valid photograph(approved by Myperfectsaathi.com), the chances will be
doubled as the member will receive two(2) entries in the contest
For privacy reasons, the photos can be Protected by the member, but count as valid entry for doubling the
chances.
By entering the contest, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and
complete.
Myperfectsaathi.com assumes that by using this site and entering the contest (and you warrant that) either
you have legal capacity to enter the competition and agree to the rules (i.e. that you are of sufficient
age) of Myperfectsaathi.com
Myperfectsaathi.com reserves the right to disqualify any member if it has reasonable grounds to believe
the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
In the event that any member is disqualified from the contest, Myperfectsaathi.com in its sole discretion
may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, no correspondence in this
regard will be entertained
Members should note that unless stated otherwise, Myperfectsaathi.com does not accept responsibility for
the return of any details sent i.e. the Bio-data papers, Photos of the Members sent through Post.
The Members who have already registered their profiles at Myperfectsaathi.com are also eligible for this
contest and Myperfectsaathi.com will rely on Rule 3 while deciding the Contest Winner.
Myperfectsaathi.com does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality,
religion, or any other protected status.
In registering and providing data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is
true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as may be required to give more
description about yourself. (b) You will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it
true, accurate, current and complete.
Members may edit, update, alter or obscure their Profile at any time by abiding the Terms And Conditions
of Myperfectsaathi.com
Myperfectsaathi.com may disqualify the Members from the contest and terminate their Profiles if they
attempt to disrupt the contest or circumvent the rules, attempt to annoy or harass any other entrant of
Myperfectsaathi.com. Using the sites messaging systems (forum posts, private messages, comments etc) to
send obscene data, chain letters, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation or promotional
messages for other sites/products is grounds for disqualification.
Members who try to Modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from,
distribute, perform, link, display or in any way exploit any Content from any Myperfectsaathi.com
database, including, without limitation, by incorporating data from any Myperfectsaathi.com database into
any e-mail or "white pages" products or serviced, whether browser-based, based on proprietary client-site
applications, web-based, or otherwise also become the basis of disqualification of the Member.
Members who intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or
international law, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, and any regulations having the
force of law also become the base of disqualification of the Member.
Please choose carefully the information you post on the Myperfectsaathi.com and that you provide to other
members. Your profile may not include the following items: telephone numbers, street addresses, last
names, URLs or email addresses, and any photographs posted by you may not contain nudity or any personal
information. Any such Profiles found can be Terminated/Rejected with or without prior notice.
Myperfectsaathi.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any
posting (including email) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of
the Myperfectsaathi.com services, at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and
without liability.
Winner Selection and Notification
The Winner is selected who has completed information including the Personal Information, Family
Background, Partner Preferences and atleast one Photograph added to their profile.
Winners are supposed to show their Identification Proofs. Identification, which includes a photograph,
will be required (examples include drivers license/passport/student card where photo included).
Myperfectsaathi.com Customer Support will notify the winner individually. The Winner's name, Profile Id
and Photo will be announced on Myperfectsaathi.com Home Page shortly after the winner is selected.
Myperfectsaathi.com will rank correct entries. A Draw of the all the Correct Entries will decide the
Winner. The decision will be final and binding. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained
Profiles can be created by Parents/Guardian, Friends, Relatives or any other person related to the Member
but they are not entitled to any Gift or Prize.
Winners are responsible for any and all taxes payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received.
The Prize does not incorporate the Travel Expenses or any other Expenses of the Members or other Members
who accompany them.
Conditions
Myperfectsaathi.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest, the Contest Notice or these Rules
at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted either within the Competition Notice or these Rules.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, Contest Notice, conduct, results and all other matters
relating to a Contest, the decision of Myperfectsaathi.com shall be final and no correspondence or
discussion shall be entered into.
By uploading your Photo, you are allowing Myperfectsaathi.com to publish the photo on our Home Page. If we
ever consider publishing your photo in any print media or on another Web site, we will contact you first
for permission.
You acknowledge and agree that all information, photographs, video, chat messages, Email Addresses,
Contact Information or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are
the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not the
Myperfectsaathi.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise
transmit via the Services.
The Company shall have the right to verify the authenticity of each form and may withhold or cancel the
result of winners in case any irregularities are found.
Myperfectsaathi.com reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, modify, extend or amend this contest or any
part at its discretion without giving any prior notice or withhold declaration of results without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage the web site or undermine the legitimate operation of
the "Contest" is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made,
Myperfectsaathi.com reserves the right to prosecute and/or seek damages from any such individual to the
fullest extent permitted by law.
All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses,
upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize
winner
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or not given to any others. Prizes are to be taken in person
unless other wise specified. Identification proof of the relation with the Member is expected.
Myperfectsaathi.com takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail
The Prize is accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and Myperfectsaathi.com excludes all warranties
in connection with the prize to the extent permitted by law.
As a condition, Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and, unless prohibited by
applicable law, consent to the use of their name, home town, Photograph and/or prize information for
promotional and other purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law.
Users holding a Myperfectsaathi.com Profile ID are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the
password and ID, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You
agree to (a) immediately notify Myperfectsaathi.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or
any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Myperfectsaathi.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to
comply with this requirement.
Myperfectsaathi.com may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other sites or resources located
on the World Wide Web by allowing a user to leave the Myperfectsaathi.com to access third-party material
or by bringing the third party material into this site via "inverse" hyperlinks and framing technology.
